My Role: I was the project manager and lead instructional designer tasked with creating a new introductory training for our LMS. I did a needs analysis, course design and development, implementation, assessment monitoring, and course maintenance. The implementation of this training resulted in a reduction of Help Desk tickets and increased learner confidence in using the system.

My Role: I was the lead developer on a team of instructional designers for a freelance project. I created an accessible template within the parameters of the client's branding guidelines. I created the template within Canvas LMS using HTML and CSS. I assisted with the overall design and development of the course and provided insight as a subject matter expert (SME) as an LMS administrator. The implementation and maintenance of the course is in the hands of the client. This course resulted in increased retention of new employees based on feedback from the client.

My Role: I led a team of developers through an end-to-end revamp of an old training. I was responsible for the project management, needs analysis, course design and development for 1/3 of the course content, overall implementation of the project, assessment monitoring, and course maintenance. This course resulted in an increased final assessment score of 88% for users needing to fulfill SACSCOC requirements.

My Role: This was a solo project to test out some of the new features in Articulate Storyline. I implemented the knowledge from subject matter experts (SMEs) to create an interactive, scenario-based, microlearning module. This project resulted in increased cultural awareness for my colleagues.

My Role: This was a solo project to create a guide for my colleagues wanting to learn more about Japan's cultural differences. I consulted with subject matter experts (SMEs) and used my own experience working abroad to determine the course content. I implemented a module based structure which included scenarios for low-stakes knowledge checks. This course was also used as a "just in time" resource for learners needing to implement the information in real-world situations.

Purpose: Learners needed a guide that covered best practices for creating a course narrative in their online courses. This job aid contains background information, quick tips, and helpful links to other resources. Results from a learner survey stated that this guide, "helped provide clarity and sparked new ideas for online courses."

Purpose: End users often need "just in time" resources that walk them through how to complete a task in our Learning Management System (LMS). This job aid goes over how to complete a task in D2L Brightspace. I have authored over 100 knowledge base articles in TopDesk. These job aids have reduced ticket times for technicians and resulted in an increase in clarity for end users.

Project Title: Reduce Stress at Work

Purpose: This resource was created to test out some new features in Canva. It was not a resource for a public audience, but it helped me solidify my knowledge on creating cohesive color schemes, coordinated images, and the importance of streamlined text.
